I was referred to Lakeview, along with several places, through my insurance. Since they found out the insurance covers everything, they got really excited, and have not stopped harassing me and my fiance. Multiple phone calls a day, after we've told them already we're not interested in staying in their facility and are doing outpatient instead.

Worse than that, they flat out lied. We told them we'd prefer outpatient and they literally told us "There are no outpatient facilities in Jacksonville." That's a bold faced lie. There are several, including the one we're using now.

How can you trust a rehab place that acts like this?
