Victoria Knows Travel is an average company. Their service is satisfactory and they were able to help me plan my trip, but I feel like there's room for improvement. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but sometimes it took them a while to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I had an okay experience with them.
