Shapard consulting is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing exceptional. I've utilized their consulting services for a project and found their recommendations to be adequate. While they didn't go above and beyond, they did deliver what was promised. Overall, I would say they are reliable, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
