I had an issue with a few things noted in oil change, as well as with a rear door and they booked me an appointment. After being reviewed with diagnostics I was informed with what needed to be done and they were upfront about proceeding. They informed me that everything is covered by warranty and I wasn't hassled about any of the details. Look forward to going back next time to get the same service.
