Terrible service and knowledge. Described what my flooring situation was and sold a product with basic installation instructions. Turns out those instructions were not even possible with the product. I asked for installation assistance (which I was willing to pay for), and my calls were never returned. The store manager was scheduled to come to my house twice but didn't show up and didn't call. Terrible business
