Despicable. Not only was I placed on hold for several hours today. But, when I finally gave up and tried to call back either the system was down or something because it wouldn't allow me to select option 3... And told me that they will call back in the place I called in at.. Well it's closing time almost and no call back. I just called back and they're closed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! How disrespectful can you be? Let me place you on hold for several hours while you sweat your life and how you're going to afford to live when your job does nothing but shaft you, you shallow bastards!! You people make me sick! Day in and day out there are serious issues with this system. And the state cant afford to hire more help because of what exactly...? Get your act together!
