The experience with ORICTION has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my query and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I would consider shopping with ORICTION again, but only if the customer service improves.
