I had a mixed experience with Rice Microelectronics. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were not so good. The customer support team was friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, the product I purchased had a few issues, and it took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
