I have been a loyal customer of Freedom Broadcasting Inc. for several years now and I must say, their service is average. Although their website is easy to navigate and their products are of decent quality, their customer service can be quite disappointing at times. I have had a few experiences where I had to deal with rude and unhelpful representatives. However, I appreciate that they always try to resolve any issues I have encountered. Overall, I would rate Freedom Broadcasting Inc. as average.
