Not satisfied very unhappy

Not satisfied very unhappy
1st no toilet tissue in lady's restroom
2nd Asked for ice tea with extra ice very little ice
3rd Waitress never cme to table finally Mgr asked if I water something to drink
4th No serving spoon/latte had to wait until someone came by requested a serving spoon.
5th The dressing was very runny
6th Chess bread was doughy Waitress
stated there was noting she could do but replace it with garlic cheese toast after 15 minutes she asked if the "cheese toast made its way out to me"
she stated let me tell them to make it
someone brought it to my table and
guess what? I was done with my dinner.
Horrible service will not be back...what a shame and I will advise others about my experience. Thaks you!
