I have been a customer of Elasticsearch Israel Community for a while now, and I must say their services are average. The support team is responsive, and they provide solutions in a timely manner. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of the product features and documentation. Overall, it's a decent experience, but I hope to see more enhancements in the future.
