The service provided by ARS Communications was average. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not particularly impressed with their customer support. It took them quite some time to respond to my queries, and even then, the solutions provided were not entirely satisfactory. Overall, I had an okay experience with ARS Communications.
