My honest opinion of this casino is it's not a very good place if you are looking for loose slots , rewards or payouts , went to the restaurant buffet was not what I had expected with all the great reviews, $40 plus for me and my daughter and the food was not hot, they served us and I expected to get my own it was not even crowded but the service was very poor and waited on my daughter's silverware for 10 minutes then asked for red hot and waitress acted irritated and said what is red hot? I said hot sauce and she said no we don't have that and left before I could get something else, only after we was getting our coat on did she even ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything, hoping to get her tip I guess ?dessert was good this was November 14th 5:45pm the chicken was good but it also wasn't hot , the little cafe is much better and great service, the restrooms are very clean and plenty of stalls , extra handicap stalls as well, the beverage counter always looked messy and dirty so I only got drinks if waitress brought it, Which wasn't often like other casinos I've been too, the security personnel and greeters are friendly but the guest services and cashier's are all pretty rude ,exspecially the woman at 3 am today who jumped my butt for telling a woman to go ahead of me because she needed change for 100 and I was only one there besides her,I was getting my card fixed because it wasn't registering in all of the machines ,just kept saying reinsert, and I also wanted to update my email address but she even said now "don't ever do that again , and I said parden me ,and she said don't ever tell someone they can go ahead of you,I said "ok am I fired? "Lol, but she just went on about starting my needs so she was to finish me then she would give woman her change , she just went on and on about it, they are always understaffed and rude and irritated it seems, as for rewards and club points good luck I've never received any ,only 5 for my birthday and once it is on a machine you must play it all till gone at least mine did, I'm with others on that ,by using your card they regulate what you can win or lose, I've won once ,20 after taking my card out, I played 20 tonight 7 with card and lost all took card out and won 2 bucks , you stated that you paid out over 135 million to guest in October then said you paid 134 million to guest in May? LMAO well why is most of us disputing that? I've been here lots of times and don't have nothing on my rewards card never have and have spent lots of money , I'm going to just have to travel a little further to Hollywood until you get the building paid for and renovations done, oh one more thing , why is the exit pavement still not fixed twice I hit that sucker and I don't have millions to buy myself a new tire or car, it's the most irritating exit any way how you got to weave in then around then past exit then down then back up to get out of there, I seen one old lady hit the medium there and was out of her car looking as I went by as there is no signs ,and paint needs to be done on your lines on whole lot, I'm not being unfair in my review just honest, and if most reviews on this site are honest , shame on you! To take money from people that are supporting you and keeping you very wealthy,at our expenses to have the reviews all answered by manager ,owner is a big plus,. You seem like a decent man,, all answered except for the guy who was possible drugged then robbed? Was he addressed I hope,? Because it kinda scared me.. he seemed lagit ???
