I recently purchased a paddle board from this company and overall, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of SUPs to choose from. The ordering process was straightforward and my board arrived on time. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the product. The board felt a bit flimsy and the paddle was not as sturdy as I had hoped. Additionally, there was a small scratch on the board when it arrived, which was disappointing considering it was brand new. The customer service was decent, although it did take a bit longer than expected to get a response to my query. I appreciate the affordability of their products, but I think they could improve on the overall quality and attention to detail. Overall, an average experience.
