I have been a customer of Mela Verde Global for a while now and I must say their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but there is room for improvement. The response time from customer support could be faster and sometimes I feel like my queries are not answered adequately. Overall, it's not a bad company but there are certainly areas that could be better.
