I recently visited tdr auto plaza looking to buy a used car for my daughter. The website was easy to navigate, allowing me to browse their inventory with ease. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I found the customer service to be lacking. The salesperson seemed disinterested and didn't provide much information about the cars we were interested in. Despite this, the car we ultimately purchased was in good condition and matched its online description. However, the process took longer than expected, and the paperwork was a bit disorganized. Overall, I had an average experience with tdr auto plaza. While the website was efficient, the lackluster service at the dealership left me feeling unimpressed. I would recommend the company to others, but with the caveat to manage their expectations.
