I recently used this logistics company for my shipping needs, and I found their services to be average. While they were able to deliver my package on time, I wasn't particularly impressed with their communication. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The website was user-friendly, but I would have appreciated more transparency about the status of my shipment. Overall, their performance was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and responsiveness. I would consider using them again in the future if their communication improves.
