I recently used this real estate company to help me find a new home. While the website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of listings, I found the overall experience to be average. The customer service was decent, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to really understand my needs. Additionally, I encountered a few technical glitches on the website that made it frustrating to use at times. The agents were knowledgeable, but I wished they had been a little more proactive in finding the right property for me. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of customer focus and website functionality.
