I recently used their services for DNA sequencing, and I found it to be quite average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to place an order, but the turnaround time for results was longer than expected. The customer service was helpful, but there were some delays in getting responses to my queries. The quality of the sequencing results was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. 🧬 Overall, I'd say it's a decent option for basic genetic testing, but I would look for other options if I needed more comprehensive or urgent testing.
