I have been using Firstline for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the rates are decent. However, their customer service can be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and their answers are not always helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with Firstline, but there is room for improvement.
