Honestly the crazies company I have ever worked for. If you don't speak Spanish, forget it. I thought this was a English speaking country. The discrimination level in that place is to the roof. We have veteran supervisors walking around comparing the job to the military. Leads who don't show you nothing but point figures when you don't know what to do. I went to school for 3 years to learn how to read a blueprint and everytime I look at the damn thing it's a problem. I guess you have to have a bachelors to use a shovel. Man I could keep going on and on about this company. Carrier! SMH hah. (Slave Master Work) Good luck.
