I recently used their services for an event 🎉. While the website was visually appealing, the communication and organization felt a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses, and there were some miscommunications about the event details. On the day of the event, things ran smoothly, but there were some small hiccups that could have been avoided with better planning. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend them to improve their responsiveness and attention to detail.
