This company is ridiculous! Brand new water heater...

This company is ridiculous! Brand new water heater breaks at 5 months yet the lady who I talked to knew nothing, could barely speak properly, couldn t locate my heater model, can t order parts. Local company has to wait for the approval to fix something under warranty and it s ok to not have hot water for 2 days? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY
