Gator construction crew located at Oliver Place for a 4 tier parkade overhaul is slow, inefficient, and showed a lack of timely communication between their staff and building management. 6 months of Reno s and still no sign of completion.

I was barricaded in on the top floor of the parkade after being told I was able to use my stall again, without sufficient notice, and car was covered in fine dust inside and out, which I m still trying to clean off.
I was 30 minutes late to work, leaving my client waiting for me and running behind all day bc of that. Crew should foresee these obstacles before blocking off access to ground level, no excuse for doing that to ppl who rely on a vehicle !

Crew seems like they work hard, but I m not sure why you have 15-20 ppl on site 6 days a week, for 6 months and still not done.

Not an easy job, and building is very old, so I get the amount of work involved, however we were told a few weeks to finish not better part of the year.

The one level I saw of the Parkade Reno does look better, but the traffic lights they added seem faulty, why not install mirrors so ppl can see oncoming traffic?
