The testing center is a great place to people watch, not so great with the atmosphere. Especially around the end of the semester, you could almost cut the tension in the air with a knife. That being said, fairly efficient, clean. Little known fact: Upstairs there is a music room you can test in, would highly recommend if you want some other noise besides the frantic searches and scribbling of your fellow students.
