Horribly rude workers at curbside (FLL)!!! Traveling alone with 3 children and asked the senior citizen if I was near terminal 2 for Uber and he gave me a nasty look and turned around. I get this is your competition, but that is NO WAY to gain future customers and display service oriented attitude that overall benefits your company in the end. How about giving people directions and WELCOMING them to your city and hand them info regarding your services with a smile and maybe your ratings, and business willl improve. It's called customer service 101!!
