I wonder if all the good reviews on Google were bought because if you go to Yelp this company has a one star rating. Yelp might be more expensive. Read the responses of the company owner to negative reviews and you will see they have excuses for everything. This is exactly the experience we had with them over the past five years leasing our townhome. We got it back in bad shape. Tenants broke the rules of the agreement so many times, but the management company did not move a finger. They are hard to reach, respond slowly and you always have to fight with them to get things done. Very dishonest company that does not care about their clients. Care shows in action, and we definitely did not see that for the last five years. How are you still in business?
