I had a mixed experience with Better Electric CO INC. While their website, betterelectricappliances.com, offers a wide range of products, the customer service was disappointing. The representatives I spoke to were unprofessional and did not provide adequate assistance. Additionally, the delivery of my product was delayed by a few days without any explanation. However, the quality of the appliance I purchased was good and it has been working well so far. I would rate my experience as average.
