I have mixed feelings about Scotty's action sports network. On one hand, their website divescotty.com is visually appealing and easy to use. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had some issues with my booking, and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. Once the matter was resolved, the actual experience was enjoyable, but the initial frustration was disappointing.
