I've been a customer of Dual telecom for over a year now and I must say, their service is of average quality. The internet connection is stable most of the time, but I do experience occasional outages. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while for them to resolve issues. Overall, I would say Dual telecom is a decent option for home internet.
