We bought an used vehicle. Profesional staff, no sales pressure, they tried to minimize human to human contact, and provide sanitizer. No much room to negotiation though, but I guess this is the used car market wright now. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that the financial guy took forever to do his paperwork. The sales lady: very nice, young, proffesional, in a word dominated my males, she is good example to others.
