I recently started using a CRM system for my business, and K3 CRM was one of the options I considered. While it offers some useful features, I found the user interface to be a bit outdated and confusing at times. It took me a while to figure out how to navigate through different sections and perform certain tasks. However, once I got the hang of it, I found that it does provide good functionality for managing customer relationships and generating reports.
