Absolutely the best place in town. The staff are wonderful. There is something to be said about walking into a gym and being addressed on a first name basis by the staff...AKA THEY CARE! They don't push you into sales gimmicks, they are there to help you succeed if you need that extra push or just a little bit of instruction. All of the members are all respectful of each other and have the same manners as the staff! All the equipment is top notch, and the on demand classes are always a welcome change and fit anyone's schedule. Whether it is noon or midnight this is definetely the place to be trust me you will not be disappointed.
