I had a mixed experience with Dig online ltd. While their website is well-designed and user-friendly, their customer service could use some improvement. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and the representative I spoke with was not very knowledgeable. However, once my issue was escalated to a higher level, they were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Overall, I would say they provide an average level of service.
