I recently purchased a sound system from an online retailer. The product was fantastic, but communication with the company was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries. If I had known about Renox Audiovision GmbH earlier, I would have chosen them instead. Their customer service is excellent and I've heard great things about their products.
