Loan Care needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!! Very unprofessional business operations.

First, my FHA mortgage was sold from Platinum mortgage to Loan Care mortgage, without my knowledge or consent. Now I'm trying to Streamline the FHA mortgage and cannot make any progress solely because Loan Care's Customer Service repeatedly transfers the call or simply hangs up the phone.

Loan Care NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!!!!!!
