This group purchased my mortgage from an actual company, JP Morgan Chase. Since they ve had ownership on my loan, going on around 7 months, I ve had to call EVERY month for something. I have an auto-pay setup for the 15th every month and they decided to debit it early while on a family vacation. This put my account nearly -1,900.00 in balance while with my wife and 4 kids. I honestly have no idea how they are still even operating. Largest collection of morons I ve ever dealt with in 30+ years of life.
