I found that customer service was lacking. Poor communication and a lack of willingness to provide anything but mediocre service.(Front Desk and Restaurant). I have worked in the (5 star)hotel industry for many years and I was not impressed. Friends who were also staying here had the same experience. Needless to say next years conference we will be staying elsewhere.
