Don t freaking put an emergency number on the webs...

Don t freaking put an emergency number on the website when obviously no one is going to answer or care. Water went out on Sunday for the whole neighborhood, so called the emergency number only for a machine to tell me to call back at normal business hours from Monday to Friday. I m sorry, but I would not be Calling if it wasn t an emergency. Do I have to do their job for them? 90 residences don t have water, don t you think that s a concern and an emergency? Apparently not. Every single time I deal with ECUA they are nothing but rude and incompetent.
