The services provided by De-cix are average. There is nothing exceptional about their offerings. The website is user-friendly and it's easy to navigate. However, the customer support could be improved. The response time is slow and sometimes it takes days to get a resolution to an issue. Overall, I would rate De-cix as an average company.
