Our first appointment was cancelled because the intake person didn t receive the paperwork prior the appointment. No one ever followed up with us, we called prior our appointment and no one told us about the paperwork either. They waited until we got there to cancelled our appointment. So glad this was not a life threatening situation...terrible service and HUGE lack of patients care. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
