Canadian Customer: I needed a replacement monitor for an old laptop couldn't locate one in Canada at a reasonable price. Impact Computers & Electronics had a reconditioned one for less than US$100. I read some worrying reviews online but also some considered and detailed positive ones and decided to try. I had to call the help line when something glitched right at the end of the payment process and they were helpful and confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had gone through. Everything else worked out well. The international shipping via Fedex makes the duty payments easy, they call you so that the package isn't delayed more than necessary at the border. The part arrived on time, was easy to install and works perfectly. Nice job. I will definitely use in future if I can't source parts locally.
