I had a mixed experience with Route 1 Motorsports. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I had some issues with the bike I purchased. There were some minor cosmetic damages that were not disclosed to me during the purchasing process. However, the dealership promptly addressed my concerns and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Despite the initial hiccup, I appreciate how they handled the situation and I think they genuinely care about their customers.
