Bitoner resin is an average company. Their products are decent, but nothing exceptional. I have been ordering from them for a while now, and I can say that their customer service needs improvement. There have been a few instances where I have had issues with my orders, and it was frustrating to get them resolved. Overall, I would rate Bitoner resin as average.
