I recently used an appraisal company for the first time and decided to go with A&c as they had good reviews online. Overall, I am happy with the service I received. The appraiser was professional and thorough in their assessment. The report provided was detailed and easy to understand. The only downside was the time it took to get the appraisal done, but I understand that it can be busy times for these companies. I would rate A&c Appraisal Company as great.
