I had a mixed experience with Prasun Mazumdar Design. While some aspects of their work were good, there were also certain areas that fell short of my expectations. The website design was aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly, but the overall functionality was not up to par. The navigation was confusing, and it took me a while to find the information I was looking for. Additionally, the customer service was lacking. I had to follow up multiple times before getting a response, and even then, it was not very satisfactory. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
