This property management is absolute garbage. I Rented a townhouse from them, on move in day I opened the door to a terrible urine smell from inside the place, The walls were riddled in holes, Doors were punched through, appliances were broken, washing machine was riddled in mold, lights were broken in the light sockets. I could go on and on, blinds were missing, patches in the carpet missing, A WHOLE CHUNK OF THE COUNTER CHEWED OFF BY A DOG. The place was not looked at, nor repaired after previous tenant had moved out. After spending a few hundred on a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products I could not get the pet urine smell out. After telling the management MANY TIMES (even on the day of moving in), they claimed it was never mentioned, and I can pay a company to come clean the carpets. I have email evidence and plenty of pictures of the all the damages and they refuse to deep clean the carpets, or replaced the molded parts on the washer. THEY TAKE A LONG TIME TO RESPOND TO ANYTHING . THIS COMPANY IS MONEY HUNGRY AND DOES NOT CARE TO SHOW IT. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER.
