Called in to get information regarding the ostrich...

Called in to get information regarding the ostrich festival. Left a message with my name and number, got a rude message back saying they didn't know why I called. Spoke with the same gal from VM in front office, proceeded to talk down to me. It worries me this is the first person representing this amazing city, when tourists call. I have been in costumer service since I was 12, and this awful experence almost brought me to tears.
