Very nice hotel. Convenient location for the ski slopes. Less easy for walking in the summer. Without a car, the place is a bit isolated. Parking totally inadequate. Quite comfortable rooms even if they need some adjustments here and there (a little broken mattress, some details to fix). Somewhat disturbed by the animation are those on the short side that overlook the theater room. The SPA accessible only partially and by reservation, the swimming pool is very nice if it is not crowded. Clean rooms excellent. Adequate menu and restaurant service even if a slightly more local and typical offer is lacking, instead there is a tendency towards a more southern Italian cuisine. Dining staff a little inexperienced but still polite and helpful. The maitre d 'is very nice. Reception staff a little too rigid and not very empathetic. The piano bar is very pleasant. Normal entertainment, nothing special. Very suitable for children.
