I recently had the pleasure of sampling some spirits from Wm. tarr distillery, and I was thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail in their craft is remarkable, and it shines through in the flavors of their products. The bourbon, in particular, was exceptional, with its smoothness and depth of character.
